Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. This was a very nice place, I like the concept of cleaning up after yourself and sharing our responsibilities. This hostel is very practical as it is directly in the city center, a few walks away from the shopping center and bus stations and trams to reach to other destinations. lots of lovely restaurants in the area when you need something to eat. The room is nice and quiet, and very clean, also a huge plus is I could do my own laundry there, it is only 10 euros, so this was very useful! Wonderful and kind staff, thank you.

Stylish, immaculate in every detail, wonderful view complimentary upgrades. A delicious meal and breakfast prepared by our host who is a chef ❤️❤️.

Situated in Cagnes-sur-Mer and with Cros de Cagnes reachable within 100 metres, Maison de la Marine features express check-in and check-out, soundproof rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. The place is beautiful! All new and taken care of in all details. The pool and jacuzzi are stunning and always clean. Hosts have been very nice and we also had a nice dinner cooked by them. Absolutely recommend this place.

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. This lovely home/resort enveloped me in hospitality and became a short term home for a lovely life of five days. Every moment was a delight. The breakfast can't be matched! Valerie and Frederick kindly solved problems and pointed me in the direction of three neighboring restaurants that were magnificent.. The town is fabulous, a short wasl away. The pool is heavenly. Great bedding in the room. I would happily go back.

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. The hotel owner/manager and his staff were at all times gracious and understanding and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional, from their help in arranging transportation, to their service of the delicious included breakfast of pastries, fruit and large, never empty, coffee cups. The place is just beautiful and well maintained. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious. There is even central air. Be aware that there are some narrow stairways to negotiate for room access.
