Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach.

The old city is 200 meters from the guesthouse, while the beach is only 5 minutes walking. From the airport it takes 30 minutes by tram (stop at Durandy station and then it's 5 minutes walking) We stayed at a private room that was very cozy. As we stayed near the common area, we feared that it would be noisy at night but we were wrong (plus the common area is pretty cool - it has lots of board games!). Breakfast was simple yet we found it enough (the croissant was delicioooooous). The staff was very friendly and helpful :)

The staff was really accommodating and polite. Great view of the sea from the balcony. I highly recommend this place and also their restaurant! Try it!

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The place is beautiful! All new and taken care of in all details. The pool and jacuzzi are stunning and always clean. Hosts have been very nice and we also had a nice dinner cooked by them. Absolutely recommend this place.

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This lovely home/resort enveloped me in hospitality and became a short term home for a lovely life of five days. Every moment was a delight. The breakfast can't be matched! Valerie and Frederick kindly solved problems and pointed me in the direction of three neighboring restaurants that were magnificent.. The town is fabulous, a short wasl away. The pool is heavenly. Great bedding in the room. I would happily go back.

At Le rêve bleu each room is fitted with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. the owners were very kind and very welcoming. they were also very helpful and flexible on time giving us great availability. the room is equipped with everything and is very very nice, it also has a beautiful covered veranda. chosen for the location near Nice it was very convenient and if we were to return to the area we will definitely return.

The villa has an amazing open view towards the ocean where we enjoyed sunrise every morning and we even watched moon rise for the first time on the ocean. Francois was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was served plentifully with homemade jams, eggs, cakes, pancakes, fruits, and even homemade yoghurt! Whenever we spent time at the pool, he always came by to offer drinks and snacks. Fantastic stay!

Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The guest house features quiet street views and a sun terrace. The hotel owner/manager and his staff were at all times gracious and understanding and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional, from their help in arranging transportation, to their service of the delicious included breakfast of pastries, fruit and large, never empty, coffee cups. The place is just beautiful and well maintained. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious. There is even central air. Be aware that there are some narrow stairways to negotiate for room access.

La maison aux bonsais features some rooms with sea views, and every room has a kettle. At the accommodation, all suites come with a living room. This is a superb place in a medieval city. Two fully furnished apartments with individual rooms, kitchen and bath. A truly amazing experience when you think about the construction, setup and service. Michael and his dad go above and beyond expectations. Some examples: 1) fresh croissants baked at 2 AM at the day of the departure ! 2) A welcome invitation taking us for drinks on the day of arrival in a hot day During summertime it may get hot. AC needed some gas charge, but fans were provided. Michael and his dar are both superb hosts! They provided recommendations for restaurants (and even make reservations for you), activities, etc. Lovely medieval city. We would stay again anytime when back to Nice area with no hesitation. Tips: Contact Michael the day of you arrival to get some guidance how to get there and parking (this is a closed medieval city, you will not be able to get in without permission).
