My bond with the family goes back 46 years, and forty years after my last visit I found the new generation just as welcoming, accommodating, and eager to assist with any request. The room was very pleasant, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom has a perfect hot shower. The garden is a little piece of heaven in the area. It's amazing to see how the New Tourist Guest House has evolved from its humble beginnings, while maintaining its wonderfully familial ambiance. This time I will not wait 40 years to return!

I stayed at Harry's on two separate occasions and had the best experiences both times. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and hot showers. The hosts are always available if you need anything, breakfast is tasty as well as dinner options. I also did my laundry here and they organized my bus to Kathmandu, waiting to flag the bus down and messaged afterwards to make sure I made my destination. Excellent value for money and you will feel right at home! I highly recommend!!

Beautiful guest house with a lot of atmosphere. So comfortable and with a lot of great moments. Easy to go to the lake or shopping area. Also possible to take a taxi for 800 nepali rupies to sarangkot. The staff was so kind and helpfull. The food was fress made and tasty. We already miss that Beautiful guest house. We will diffenrly recommend.

And not a so called "guesthouse" which has only goal to attract people with low prices to sell other services.

I booked a room for my elderly father who traveled on his own to Pokhara. From early on, communication with Mr. Surya, the owner of the guest house has been smooth; i.e arranging room on the ground floor, checking his bus arrival in Pokhara, bust cost from terminal to the guest house, while I stayed in KTM for conference. My father felt at home while staying there, being taken care of by Mr. Surya and the family. Room was comfortable, breakfast big portion. Super super recommended.
