It is a working farm, so we witnessed a sheepdog moving a herd of sheep from one pasture to another. The pilgrims meal was hearty - soup, lentils, sausages, salad, and cheese made from the milk of the very sheep we’d seen earlier. And the homemade apple tart for dessert was an extra special treat.
