Very clean, perfect location, located in the heart of madrid. Friendly and helpful staff, they asked us 1 day before our arrival when we will be there, and we told them that we'll arrive 1 hour before the check-in time, and when we arrived they already did our room.

The stuff was great, everything was fantastic, especially the bed and how quiet the place was.We had some great sleeps there. First day we had an issue with the shower, the water was not going down the sewers but when we told them it was fixed very very fast. The location is perfect for everything. We were very happy with the hospitality in Madrid in general. And also coffee is very hard to find a good one in the shops, but in the reception they had a machine and iyou could have a very good coffee from there.

Very warm reception, very clean, great location in Malasaña with lots of restaurants around, amazing value, it was very easy to leave luggage after checkout, very easy to change booking dates. This was our second time staying here, perfect base for discovering Madrid.

Great location, right next to Gran Via, so you get everywhere pretty quick. The room was really clean, and they came and cleaned it up every day when we were gone. Room had everything it needed and no noise was heard from the street even though it was full of people.
