Fantastic guesthouse within short walking distance to city center. Varuzhan was extremely hospital and extremely knowledgeable about Armenia. Very comfortable bed and bedroom. Facilities are very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again. FYI, there was no sign and addresses are poorly labeled so very helpful if you can message the host for help upon arrival.

It was a pleasure to stay at this lovely family house! Very friendly and caring owners, warm homy environment! Exceptionally clean. They have a nice cozy common area with a balcony upstairs, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Even though there was no air-conditioning (which is more or less fine, the house is well ventilated), they thoughtfully provided me with a fan ♥️ Would definitely recommend it!

A very nice family runs this guesthouse and made us feel very welcomed! The room and bathroom were very clean. Only 10 minutes walking to the center of Gyumri and there’s an excellent local restaurant nearby. We appreciated the coffee and fresh apricots on arrival!
