This tent's special feature is the pool with a view. The tent provides air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, a terrace with lake views as well as a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. I was worried about staying at Little Mongena during winter. And I can confirm that you should not be concerned about visiting them during winter. Little Mongena goes out of their way to keep you warm, and we had blast meeting people from all over the world, the food and the game drives.

This tented house offers a kitchenette, en suite bathroom and a private veranda and boma area with a fire pit. Peaceful place. Beautiful nature. Tent was great. Why go to Kruger when Dinokeng is so close by and so well run. Heard Lions at night which made the stay so much more worth it!

Amy was so much more than we expected. The owner is an extrodinary lady that goes out of her way to make your stay memorable. Glamping extrodinare! Will definitely be back. The fishing was not bad either.

This tent has a balcony, flat-screen TV and kitchenware. Situated between the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site and Blair Atholl, Stornoway Lodge offers self catering accommodation. We recently enjoyed a most comfortable and pleasant stay at Stornoway Lodge on our visit to Lanseria. After a long and difficult set of flights we were warmly welcomed by a team of staff who could not do more to help us feel relaxed and cared for on our arrival. We had some issues via our booking agent, which were entirely out of the control of venue, but the reception team were extremely assitive in reaching a solution and is testament their professional attitude. I must make special mention of Kiki and Thabani whose attention to detail and focus on personal touch runs deep in the values of their team. The accommodation was clean, spacious and superbly comfortable. We needed extra attention for laundry and sundries that were quickly met and meant we could move at our leisure as we prepared for a wedding ceremony in the local area without a worry. Breakfast each morning at the Fat Olive restaurant was a favourite occasion. Each day we tried something different and the food was fresh and delicious with generous portions. Someone was always nearby to assist with an extra coffee or another rack of toast. All members of the restaurant team have our thanks as each of them made us feel personally catered for. Our daughter enjoyed the child play facilities and the small farm which were close by and well maintained. During our stay we received a superb recommendation from the reception team to visit the nearby Lion and Safari park and we booked a two hour guided tour during feeding time that same day. The whole family throughly enjoyed this and is a must visit if you have availability to do so. If re-visiting the area we wouldn't hesitate to book in and stay at Stornoway Lodge again.
