This place is deveine, the location, the service and facilities everything was wonderful. We stayed in the tent room which was very magical and we also stayed at their villa and that was very luxurious with your own privet pool. The free horse back rights were also nice touch. The kids really enjoyed it. Highly recommend it but is very pricy!

Towels and bed linen are offered in the luxury tent. The property has an outdoor dining area. The traditional tent was amazing and authentic. It gets cold at night and hot during the day, but the heater and A/C keep you perfectly comfortable. Each tent has a toilet next to it outside. The shower area was clean and the water was hot, set in the open air surrounded by a palm frond fence. There were fresh orange, lemon, and date trees all around, with many songbirds creating a peaceful desert atmosphere. Turki was kind, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and hot delicious tea is available all day. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

The guest house features parking on-site, a pool with a view and a shared kitchen. The location of the hoter is near to the tourist spot. The hotel caretaker is very accomodating and helphfull on what you need, of course the hotel’s sorroundings was so nice. If theres an opportunity to come back to Al Ula surely we will choose this hotel again.

The Shaden resort had various facilities that were amazing, the gym, pool and sauna were my favourites but nothing beats the view, specially at sunset
