Situato a Calheta, a 2,1 km dalla spiaggia di Calheta. Il Calheta Glamping Pods - Nature Retreat offre sistemazioni con WiFi gratuito, aria condizionata e accesso a un giardino con terrazza. Location spettacolare e assolutamente rilassante e tranquilla, con una vista impareggiabile sul litorale di Calheta. La salita da affrontare per arrivarci vale tutta la "fatica" che la macchina affronterà per arrivare in cima! Pods meraviglioso, interno di dimensioni contenute ma giuste, con tutto il necessario: angolo cucina con piano cottura, macchinetta del caffè, microonde, frigo, bollitore; tv; wifi; condizionatore in pompa di calore; bagno con doccia. Spazio esterno grande e rilassante. Piccolo locale comune con lavasciuga disponibile per gli ospiti e "Honesty bar" con caffè, tisane, bibite, birre e altro da poter acquistare per pochi euro. Il giardino intorno è molto curato e ben tenuto, con una bella piscina a disposizione. Parcheggio disponibile in loco. Se potessi, ci tornerei immediatamente!

Everything was really clean and we had everything we needed. A very beautiful place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

The well-equipped kitchenette has a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. simply amazing - beautiful nature around, quiet at night, spacious enough for a couple even for a longer stay, super comfortable bed, many hiking routes directly accessible, animals around - donkeys, wild rabbis and peacocks...it really had all we needed + the best host...thank you and hope to be back!

Lovely location, beautiful park and surroundings. The hut was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. Lovely cabin surrounded by mountain views, we saw so many stars at night. There's a great place to eat and drink (O Barracão), just 10 mins walk from the cabin, and it's only 20 minutes drive from Funchal (we had a rental car, but I believe there's a bus stop nearby too). It felt like a little home away from home, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and the little kitchenette had a stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Our host was wonderful, very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is located INSIDE the national ecological park, and provides access to some of the best hiking on the island. We were a family of three, and everyone slept comfortably, and enjoyed walking to O Barracão, which has amazing poncha and a great food selection. The property also has a small pond with trout, and friendly donkeys. Dioclécio greeted us, and had great recommendations for hikes and information about the local area. We would love to come and visit again!
