Offering free toiletries, this tent includes a private bathroom with a shower and a bidet. Very nice and equipped tents! One of the best showers in Sri Lanka. We felt like close to the nature. The beds were very comfortable. The food was super delicious and the Safari that we booked with them was very nice. We asked them to leave 30minutes earlier and they managed to do so. Our Safari guide Oshan was very nice and put a lot of effort into our experience and showed a lot of different animals.

This features a super luxury tent with private plunge, pool and private tree house. This tent has a seating area, air conditioning and electric kettle. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf hier! De hotelkamer was erg mooi en goed onderhouden! Wij hebben 1,5 dag een safari gedaan en vonden dit erg leuk. Voor de hele dag safari hebben wij een fantastische lunch gekregen met uitzicht op de zee. We hebben een lekkere curry gekregen en genoeg drankjes om even in de twee uur pauze te genieten van het uitzicht, eten en de zon! Wij vonden het fantastisch en wij willen het lieve personeel erg bedanken voor de goede zorgen.

Flameback Eco Lodge ligt in Yala, op 42 km van Situlpawwa, en biedt een conciërgeservice en gratis WiFi. Leuke ervaring, maar relatief hoge prijs! Ondanks dat de accommodatie goed is. Het eten wat ze serveren is direct van de chef-kok, dus erg goed!

Deze tent beschikt over een zithoek, een eigen ingang en een eethoek. Wauw! In een paar woorden, dit was het meest fantastische verblijf wat je kan hebben. Roy en zijn team doen er letterlijk alles aan om het jou en je vrienden/familie naar het zin te maken. De accommodatie is ook echt geweldig. Je slaapt in een super grote tent omringt door lantaarns, vuurpotten en pauwen. Het geeft zoveel sfeer, warmte en gezelligheid. We hebben overigens ook super goed gegeten! ‘S avonds kregen we van Roy les over de sterren en vertelde hij over de geschiedenis van Sri Lanka. Mega interessant. Yala wild hut regelde voor ons de safari in Yala National Park en Roy ging mee samen met nog een chauffeur. Het was geweldig. Wij raden deze accommodatie meer dan aan! Groet, Ted en Brittany

Yala Dream Park ligt op 15 minuten rijden van het Nationaal Park Yala en beschikt over een tuin en een barbecue. Tissa Wewa ligt op 8 km van de accommodatie. Everything was excellent, we were staying in the tree house and it was beautiful, highly recommended! We also booked the Yala Safari with them and it was really nice, we saw lots of animals and the guide was really kind and friendly. Overall, it was a fab experience :)

Kulu Safaris is a completely exceptional place to stay in every way and it was the highlight of our holiday in Sri Lanka. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Our guide, Jeana, was very knowledgeable about Sri Lankan wildlife and a lovely person, we learnt a lot from talking to her on our safaris. We also went kayaking on the lake which was beautiful. The tents are so comfortable to stay in and it's a very peaceful location, surrounded by nature. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and we were served our meals in different locations around the site, which was beautiful and very romantic. It is expensive, but the safari and other activities is included, as well as all food and drink, and so I think it is definitely worth the money, particularly as Kulu is very eco-conscious and ensures minimal disruption to the wildlife. Overall, I couldn't recommend staying at Kulu more highly, and I hope to go back one day.

Always thinking ahead what would you need ... The food was great - we had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners - all was tasty :-) The walk in the bush was very nice The rooms are comfortable and located in the middle of the wild bushes and trees - this is very unique - each room/tent is isolated from the rest
