Oskar and his volunteers were wonderful guests, who helped with everything you need. The dorm room is one of the best I have slept in, it’s outdoors (there is no wall), so you enjoy nice fresh air, sound of the waves, and if you stay on upper bed you even have a sea view. This place also have really good Spanish cuisine. The beach is super clean and sunsets are beautiful. Lastly, there is no Wi-Fi, and barely any service so it forces you to mentally switch off, relax, and meet people.

Great location, it was like a paradise. Definitely the nicest place on the entire island — not a hardcore disco party place, but with warm-hearted staff and good taste in music and style. We also loved the food there. We have a great 2 hours sunrise yoga class. Also, the hotel was environmentally conscious, not plastics, and solar panels were used.

I cannot properly describe the magic of this place. It is a complete detox, without trying to be. You are on a nearly empty island with no roads or establishments, the water is warm like a bath. The huts and tents are nestled into the jungle, a literal stone’s throw from a white, sandy beach. It is quiet. People at this camp/resort tend to snorkel, hike, and read in hammocks all day and not much else. The food is homemade and healthy. The staff are warm and accommodating. I originally booked for five nights, not knowing if I could handle much more in such a secluded area without getting bored. Within 5 minutes of arrival, I extended my stay. Don’t think twice- if you have come across this wild place in your search, you are meant to be here.

The tent offers a seating area and a dining area, as well as a shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The tent features a safe deposit box, outdoor furniture and mountain views. I absolutely love this place and it is always hard to say goodbye. The jungle immersion experience of living in a hut made from the jungle around you tugs at your heartstrings. And the family that runs it are angels for creating such a space. Visit once and you’ll be back.

Situato sull'Isola di Koh Rong, nella provincia di Preah Sihanouk. Il Tamu Koh Rong dista 6 km dal porto di Sok San. Location is fantastic with a very remote feel, but easy to reach by speedboat that the hotel can arrange. The beach is great with white sand and lots of palm trees. Breakfast was perfect, we loved the air-conditioned tents and had an all-round fantastic stay. Would definitely come again. The hotel team were extremely helpful and made the whole experience absolutely enjoyable.

Tents open up to views of the sea and are equipped with a mattress, pillows, a fan and a blanket. There is also a charging station for the guests' electrical appliances. Soggiorno di 5 giorni in questo magnifico posto, ottima struttura dispone di tutti i confort necessari!! Stra consigliato! Isola fantastica e experience indimenticabile, ho amato questo posto sin dal primo giorno! Ancora tutto molto wild e con pochi turisti l’unica pecca di questa isola sono i rifiuti un po’ ovunque buttati così a caso.

This tent has a garden view. Situato su una spiaggia privata di 1 km, il Kactus offre sistemazioni sul lato del tramonto di Koh Ta Kiev. Amazing hidden gem I would recommend to everyone. This little oasis is perfect for everyone who wants to chill and just have a great time. The highlight is the people, both the staff, volunteers and guests. It was super social and we loved to hang out with everyone. The food is also amazing, we tried everything on the menu and nothing disappointed - by far the best food we have had in Cambodia! We ended up extending our stay and were there for 5 nights which was a good amount of time. But we could easily have stayed even longer!
