The stay at Amboseli cultural camping was very pleasant. The owner was very kind and helpful. Opening the tent and looking at Kilimanjaro was exactly the reason why we chose this accommodation and I am very happy that the mountain showed itself to us. I warmly recommend.

This spacious, fully-furnished tent opens onto a wooden patio. It contains a 4-poster bed with a mosquito net and a private bathroom with a claw-foot tub. The staff are fantastic. Super helpful, friendly and always up for a chat and teaching us Swahili. The location of the camp being right by the gate of Amboseli Park was brilliant and we loved that the tents were separated far enough from each other that you felt like you were in your own private lodge. The firepit with a view of Mnt Kili and the animals walking past is breathtaking. We could sit by the fire, having our sundowners and enjoy the sounds of the night for hours. We liked that there is only WiFi in the communal area and not in the rooms/pool/garden area as this allows you to properly switch off and take in the scenery. Would recommend and would certainly stay again.

We stayed for three nights to explore Amboseli. The Kilimanjaro revealed itself on one morning, which was a great gift. The staff did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Understand this is a very rustic camp, and answers were based on that. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. Great care and thought were put into making this a wonderful personal experience for their guests. Delicious food, fascinating walk, cozy campfire. The location was fantastic, very convenient access to Amboseli Safari Park, only 15 mins away. The breakfast at Amboseli was amazing, excellent choices and very friendly and attentive staff.

AA Lodge has an incredible location! Just a few kilometres from kimana gate, and with stunning views of Kilimanjaro from across the property! The cottage we stayed at was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. They had a lot of choice in food for each meal and it was very tasty! We saw some beautiful birds and small animals within the property during our stay.
