Located 4 km from the village of Saintes Maries de la Mer and just 2 steps from the ornithological park, our family and friendly establishment is located in the middle of birds and ponds. Excellent location. Very well designed accommodation for the space. Well equipped kitchen, with oven, stove top, microwave, fridge and freezer. Small but private garden and convenient shady parking. Communal garden looked lovely, but in September was a haven for mosquitos in afternoon and evening, so to be avoided, but we had no time to sit and relax, as there was so much to see in the area. Stes. Maries sur Mer well worth a visit, with many good value restaurants, also the Parc Ornithalogique next door for bird enthusiasts. The Camargue has a special atmosphere which has a very calming effect, especially for animal and nature lovers.
