Il proprietario è molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha dato consigli utili su come spostarci in città e i luoghi più validi da visitare. Ci ha anche ordinato il mcdonald quando siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte senza cena! :) L'atmosfera è da vero ostello, molto internazionale ma in un quartiere davvero autentico. La colazione è semplice ma completa. Vista eccezionale dal terrazzo.

I had an amazing time. They have the friendliest staff that make you feel like instant family. The food was incredible and they will literally help you plan whatever you want to do. They genuinely want everyone to have a great time. A cross between a camp and a farm with the Nile as your backdrop, this is how to really feel like a local in Aswan. I go back whenever I can.

Heissa is a special place and you should come here when you are interested in the nubian culture and in simple places. Don't expect to much. It is a homestay and you are a guest. It is not a hotel. But when you dive into it you can have wonderful relaxing days with a lot of very beautiful people around you. There are not many things you can visit specifically on the island. But you can make good trips to philitempel or Abu sembel. And you can sit with many people on the island, you can enjoy the magic of the place and the nature. Get a kayak and see the sunset. The women who work there are very sweet and nice and the food was really nice too. I travelled a lot ant this is one of this special places I always look for.

Direttamente sul Nilo, raggiungibile solo in barca, potenzialmente ha una posizione bellissima. Lo staff molto gentile, anche se parlava pochissimo inglese. La colazione.
