Free in room snack were spot on and generous. Delicious breakfast. The bed was divine. Together with the blackout curtains, we slept like babies. I really can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Good, central location. Always felt safe with a guard at the door. Super clean space. Staff helpful and friendly. My room was always made up impeccable each day. Comfy bed, great shower. I didn't experience the issue with the noise from the wind through the windows so possibly they fixed that problem or maybe because I was on a lower floor, facing the walking street. Great coffee on top floor.

All the ladies there were excellent, very helpful, active, and pleasant with good English. I remember one name symbolizing all these characteristics: Latiefah CLOETE. Also the quality of food and the charming, humorous, but still highest level of professional service in the restaurant. What you did not ask, in politically complicated days, I appreciated the very high level of security service provided by the hotel. Also the people have been friendly and very helpful.
