If you're staying in Hoi An, you HAVE to stay at Bellerive. The location isn't that bad and the accommodations are well worth the trade (more below). Bellerive is a hidden gem in Hoi An. Their facilities are almost brand new, the food and breakfast are great, but most importantly: the team and staff are amazing. We arrived during one of the storms and Nhan was so helpful and welcoming when we arrived. He continued to be kind and helpful throughout our stay. Lucy was also so nice, attentive, and eager to hell when we'd see her in the mornings, helping us to call a taxi when we couldn't call a Grab one morning. That same warmth and helpfulness was present throughout the hotel, from the security to the gracious dining staff. The rooms are simply top-notch. They're modern, minimalist, and provided such a comfortable shelter when the storm raged outside. The pool is gorgeous and it's so refreshing to swim any time of the day. We also really enjoyed the food. I can't comment on the western menu (because when in Rome…), but the Vietnamese menu was a delight. Fresh fruits, sticky rice, and mi Quang were just some of our highlights in their changing menu. Lastly, a comment has to be made about the location. Yes, it's a bit outside Hoi An Old Town, but it really didn't distract from our experience at all. Taxis and Grabs are pretty affordable and this is closer to the beach and a four-minute walk from some local seafood joints. The benefits of this hotel greatly outweigh the minor inconvenience of the location.

It's an amazing hotel and i had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with crystal clear water and soft sand. Additionally, the surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation experience.

Great location very clean and the staff were extremely helpful, Especially Vy and Sen who sorted a bike for us and done our washing very quick! They even Took our big backpacks to our room on check in and cleaned it every day! Shower was great and we had a river one side of our balcony and the sea the other side. Rooftop pool was nice and chill and great views.

A great boutique hotel located 200 meters from the beach. The room was great as was the breakfast. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My room was very quiet unless I opened my balcony doors at night and then I only heard the crashing of the surf. The 4th floor rooms have a nice view of the beach and East Vietnam Sea. Simply beautiful!! I will stay here again on my next trip to Hoi An.

Personalen, speciellt Adam i receptionen gör sitt yttersta för att din vistelse ska bli fantastisk. Han hjälpte till och med oss att boka buss till Phan thiet. Vi gillade även att vi kunde checka ut 24 timmar efter vi anlänt. Det ligger en lite restaurang bredvid med där vi kunde beställa mat upp till rummet när det regnade en hel dag.
