Situated in Hanoi, 1.5 km from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Five Star Westlake 1st-4th Floors Hotel & Serviced Apartment features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.... Breakfast is included and it tastes good. I woke up early everyday to enjoy this grateful morning time. At the roof I can have an overview of West Lake which is good. The staff there can speak English well and really supportive which exceeds my expectations. I wanted to have a message but unfortunately most of the shops closed during Tet Holidays in Vietnam, but the staff kept trying and finally found a place available. I had a great massage in the end. The whole building is clean and in order. Despite it's a private owner hotel, the service was quite valuable even equals to real five-star hotels. People can rent a bike to circle the West Lake and take Grab to the Old Quarters. While I also suggest to enjoy a different experience walking from the hotel to the Old Quarters, it takes around 40mins. In conclusion, I can't recommend more to book this high valuable hotel during trip in Hanoi.

It contained a lot of comfortable amenities for hygiene for example and having our own laundry machine was also convenient and a nice touch. Kitchen was equipped with the most necessary tools to be able to cook sole delicious food on our own. Staff were exceptional as they showcased high quality service and care for us as guests.

My brother and I spent about a week here in this new hotel with some nice amenities. The infinite pool facing the West Lake was like no other. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Patrick at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. He offered recommendations for places and even called around to make reservations for us. This is a lifesaver when you don't speak the local language, nor have the time to wait around on the phone. Highly recommended for visitors who wants to have a relaxing time and let the professional handles the reservations and coordinations.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations; I expected way less for this price. You actually get a clean, big, beautiful, modern flat for this price with a kitchen and all the necessities. (Unfortunately, I only have videos not pictures of the accommodation but trust my word when I tell you it's so well-equipped that they even have more things than you need.) I definitely recommend this accommodation.
