Family company! very clean and nice! The two of us had a four-bed deluxe room with 2 beds! The size is perfect for 2 people! beautiful bathroom and balcony! are excited! we'll be back when I visit my family in NY!!!!

Excellent hotel. Exceeded my expectations !! About 200 metres from the Subway Station. Breakfast Buffet had everything .Rooms super clean. Quick check in and check out. Very friendly & helpful staff .Safe 8 to walk even at night. I will book there again.

The room was spacious, comfortable and with a wonderful view of Manhattan! They make up the room upon request and it works perfectly! My special thanks goes to the receptionists Bella & Jeniffer who were extremely nice and professional!

Ideally situated in the middle of Queens, Hyatt Place Long Island City offers free WiFi and a fitness centre. The services provided were excellent. Increadible breakfast.
