Built in 1856, this hotel is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and is located in Philadelphia's Historic District, only 2 blocks from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Really enjoyed my short stay, would have loved longer. The facilities are very clean , comfortable, and relatively newly renovated but in a historical building. Staff is friendly and accommodating. A decent breakfast is included in a nice room. The bed is comfortable with big fluffy pillows and there is another lounge chair and desk in the room. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel's location is great and close to the historic area of town as well as quaint restaurants & bars. The room was comfortable and beautiful. Also loved the freshly baked muffins in the mornings. The staff was very helpful with explaining the town map to us.

Located in the centre of the historical district, one block away from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, this hotel offers an indoor pool and fitness centre. My family and I stayed at this property in May 2022. We loved every moment of our stay! We have stayed in various properties around the world- but this one really stood out for how personalized the attention was- and how sincere all the staff were. Special thanks to Joe and his entire team who made our stay very comfortable. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.

Located 1.1 km from the Philadelphia Convention Centre, Wyndham Philadelphia-Historic District offers a seasonal rooftop pool and an onsite restaurant. The location was great. Close to public transit, restaurants with vegan options, historic landmarks, and the neighbourhood was welcoming and friendly. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We were made aware that parking was paid, both on the listing we booked through and in a conversation we had with staff prior to arrival so there was no surprise on how parking worked. It was a great stay and next time we visit Philadelphia we would stay again. The stay way affordable, even with paid parking, for a hotel within walking or a short trip on SEPTA from many of Philadelphia's must see sites for visitors.

Set in Philadelphia, 400 metres from National Liberty Museum and 1.4 km from the centre, Thomas Bond House offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a shared lounge. The historic nature of the house was respected and enhanced. Liz is a treasure! Her cooking was excellent (special mention to the french toast and the lemon slice) and she made us feel very welcome.
