We have stayed in various properties around the world- but this one really stood out for how personalized the attention was- and how sincere all the staff were. Located 1.1 km from the Philadelphia Convention Centre, Wyndham Philadelphia-Historic District offers a seasonal rooftop pool and an onsite restaurant. The location was great. Close to public transit, restaurants with vegan options, historic landmarks, and the neighbourhood was welcoming and friendly. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We were made aware that parking was paid, both on the listing we booked through and in a conversation we had with staff prior to arrival so there was no surprise on how parking worked. It was a great stay and next time we visit Philadelphia we would stay again. The stay way affordable, even with paid parking, for a hotel within walking or a short trip on SEPTA from many of Philadelphia's must see sites for visitors.
