The location is excellent, in Soho, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained, there is a place for coffee and snacks, there is a cocktail bar and another rooftop bar. There is a good smell in the hotel, seating and sofas The staff is lovely, my wife broke her leg during the trip and they moved us to a room with disabled access and comfort. Towels are cleaned and changed every day and water cans are placed. There are two train stations within walking distance and cafes and bistros nearby. The hotel has amazing amenities such as a gym and an option for city bikes. We will definitely be back again!

Located in SoHo, an area known for fashion, art and shops, this hotel offers two bars and a restaurant on-site. Guests can enjoy views of the city from the rooftop. The location was brilliant for the avid shopper as the designer stores of Soho are steps away from the hotel door. The room had an amazing view to the south of the city and was just the right size for us. The hotel has a cool, arty vibe but still has the authentic New York feel. In room dining for breakfast was brilliant and they have a fine selection available - with very prompt and polite service. Kristy at the Main Reception was particularly helpful and provided us with numerous wonderful recommendations. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.

Hotel Hugo terletak di New York. Ia menawarkan Restoran a la carte Itali, bar atas bumbung dan pusat kecergasan. Wifi disediakan secara percuma. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect to reach everywhere (we like to walk when we travel). I loved my view of the Hudson River (such beautiful colours in the morning & evening). The location is also very nice and safe. At the reception, you can always ask for water. My mother and I loved Hotel Hugo and we will come back here if we come back to NYC!
