I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Arlo NoMad is 644 metres from Madison Square Park, 322 metres from the Empire State Building and 805 metres from Herald Square. From the beginning the staff was helpful and friendly. Then we were impressed with the amazing view from our room, definitely one of the best views of NYC. The room was comfy and clean everyday, zero noise from outside. The rooftop was really good too.

It was a delight to explore the surrounding area, with everything within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Thanks to the excellent location and the staff, my stay was enjoyable and memorable.

Najděte rovnováhu a útočiště v The James New York - NoMad, který se nachází na rohu 29. ulice a Madison Avenue, 5 minut pěšky od Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden a Grand Central. Perfekt location in a nice neighbourhood. A “Wholefood” store befind the hotel. We enjoyed the “Wine-hour” . It was a great break and there was wonderfull musical entertainment. My son got sick during our stay and the wonderfull ladys, who keept our room nice and clean, was so nice to us and provided what we needed. The staff at the reception was kind and helpfull., and the guys and the entrance made us feel that we “came home” everytime we walked through the front door.
