The most stunning downtown views from the sky lobby and every guest room. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the arts district and Clyde Warren park, all within walking distance. Every staff member we encountered, from the parking valet to the bartender were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back.

Staff was super nice and helpful. They were all very polite and professional. I travel for work every month since years, I have never met any staff so courteous and welcoming. I wish I could go back to Dallas more often to visit again this hotel.

We enjoyed an evening on the bar patio with a nice city view, good bistro food, and cocktails. King room with nice amenities. Well insulated rooms for a good night sleep on a very comfortable king bed. Location downtown with minimal weekend traffic was convenient to an event nearby. Easy access from I-35. Front desk (Anthony) was very helpful with dining recommendations. Fastest elevator ever!
