Situated in Columbus, 15 km from Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Hyatt Place Columbus Polaris features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. I loved having access to a bar w/food, lounge area, patio w/fireplace, the friendly staff, rooms, access to a microwave and the bed was oh so comfortable.

If it weren't for the staff at the Homeward Suites, we would have been sleeping in our car, since Booking.com was of absolutely no help whatsoever. This staff needs to be given recognition for their customer service.

The front desk was extremely kind and helpful upon check-in. I ate dinner in the hotel's bar/grill and the waitstaff was responsive and accommodating to specific dietary requests. The gym had most everything that I could ask for (short of going to Lifetime Fitness 20 mins away) and was clean and orderly.
