Absolutely spotless hotel and FANTASTIC location. Lovely&friendly staff. Lovely modern room and bathroom. Couldn’t fault it whatsoever. Had a great stay. Just steps away from the famed shopping on State Street, this boutique hotel is located inside the Oriental Theatre building in the Chicago Loop Theatre District. Breakfast not included, but lots of options around the place. Friendly staff and very cozy room.

Just 4 blocks away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this hotel is located in Downtown Chicago’s North Loop business district and offers a restaurant,... Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Located near the riverwalk and millenium park. Good base for sightseeing, a lot of the tours begin from nearby. Good gym facilties with everything you need. Room was a good size and the shower was great. Would stay again!

Located in the heart of the city, Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown – The Loop is conveniently located near several of the city’s social and cultural landmarks. very close to activities and restaurants I was interested in parking was very easy and not far from the hotel @ all staff very nice and friendly also helpful very welcoming
