Wow, the staff at this hotel are just amazing. From the concierge, reception, cleaning as well as the bar staff in the bar downstairs, the service is impeccable and nothing is too much. We stayed for Boston Marathon and you couldn't have had a better location!! Even better, the hotel put on an amazing runners breakfast including bagels, porridge and gu gels! Then after the marathon they put on a finishers party which included lots of great food and drinks. The bar downstairs is great, but the restaurant at the top is bad. The staff are rude and the food is poor, but this restaurant is not run by the same owners as the hotel.

Connected to Copley Place Mall, The Shops at Prudential Center and Hynes Convention center via skywalk, this hotel is located in the historic Back Bay district of Boston and offers an on-site... Very good location!! close to everything in Boston! There is also a corridor to Prudential!
