I was most pleased with the agent at the desk when I was checking out. I regret that I do not have her name. She was extremely helpful in correcting several items for me.

I enjoyed breakfast very much. There was a lively atmosphere with groups visiting but that did not impact my experience negatively. In the opposite, it allowed for opportunity to enjoy others and get to know them.

Located just 10 minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., this hotel provides shuttle service to/from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. It hosts an on-site restaurant and pub. The location is very near interest places, CVS, McDonald's, and the Airport. But it is the free airport shuttle that I liked most! Also I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for the Shuttle Driver and Receptionist (sorry I didnt get their names) because I left my handbag on the shuttle when I was dropped off the airport and all my IDs were there including my passport! (How reckless of me! I was so embarrased) Since I am just visiting relatives, I didn't bother to get a local number so I had to ask my sister call the hotel and the receptionist was very quick to act in locating my bag and informing the driver. The driver was a very very nice man who helped me carry my 2 big heavy luggages and returned back to the airport to hand me my bag. He did all these with a smile which was very comforting 😭 I really appreciate it! you have no idea how scared and helpless I was considering I was just alone and it was very cold. But your kindness really warmed my heart. Again from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much Maam and Sir for your extended help.

Situated across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C., and moments from major attractions, including the White House, this hotel features exceptional amenities and many modern services, including... very satisfied overall during my stay at this hotel. other than location, cleanliness and comfort, I appreciated the friendly staff especially at the front desk. Hassan was very welcoming and facilitated our check in having arrived after a long flight. Breakfast was very tasty offering a sufficient variety of healthy food not available in similar hotels.
