The heated outdoor pool is great after a day of skiing but not only.

It is a cozy place away from the main road deep in the serene forest area. I’d say it is a perfect summer mountain holiday location, as you get vicinity to forest, plenty of fresh air and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Great appreciation for good mood especially in such uneasy times for Ukraine. We were there for winter holidays, facilities at the hotel are good, the spa clean, newly built I guess, bath, and etc. For skiing one would need a car, as first ski lift is 3 km away. For non skiers it is fine to walk to village center, but if you ski, you’d need to drive.

Those tethered to the hotel can nourish and muzz themselves at the hotel restaurant which provides good meals and drinks at affordable rates. Sauna, jacuzzi, and the water basin appreciated as SUPERBOMBASTIC!!!

Facilities are good. Room is clean. Location is good, but a bit far from Bukovel (30-40 minutes walking). My room has a nice view on a mountains, but sometimes sounds from nearby road were heard. The hotel itself is situated away from the main road, so I would say it is relativetely quiet. Staff is undoubtfully very professional. They did all their best. Accomodation does not have breakfasts included, but hotel restaurant has nice affordable breaksfasts. The only things I wish were present are electric kettle and minirefrigerator. Hotel has a water cooler on an every floor, but it is not warming the water in a summertime.

Great location with good facilities. The view from the heated pool or sauna is fantastic. Polite and professional personnel. All is good with the room isolation; we didn't have a problem with that, which is normal in a chalet. The road up to the hill wasn't that bad either we didn't have any issues. Tasty food at the restaurant, though it won't be exactly cheap, more in line with Bukovel standards.
