Location is superb, easy access by cab or public transport, we did not encounter any difficulty traveling from Taichung HSR Station by cab, it is located near to WuQuan Train Station too. Great neighborhood as there are many authentic and modern eatery places nearby, nice for street photo shooting too! Front Desk staffs are friendly and helpful, smooth check-in/check-out, they are very attentive by solving problem of the room during our stays too. Despite the lift lobby is a little distanced from the Main Lobby, but there is a security room right opposite the lifts which is really safe, and we can reach FamilyMart convenient shop (quite a big branch) within short walking-distance which located just right at the corner of the building ground floor. Will return and stay in future for our next Taichung trip, keep up the good work!

Staff were friendly, location was great and the room was perfect. The staff helped me organise a third party company to come and do my laundry which was a bonus. Way better than a lot of more expensive hotels I've stayed in.

SI Hotel mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Taichung. The ambiance and decor is so amazing. This hotel is worth visiting just for the plants in the lobby alone. But the rooms are also comfortable and we'll designed. The staff is amazing, so nice and helpful. My friends and I arrived a little early and worked remotely from the lobby before check-in. It was so gorgeous, quiet, and spacious in the lobby and we felt like we were at the best remote work cafe we had ever found. From the furniture, to the lighting in the rooms, to the breakfast in the morning, all of the little details are really thought through in the whole experience of your stay. It feels like what the modern definition of a 5 Star experience should be. It's not about how giant and flashy the hotel is. It's about the care, design, and execution of the details that make the whole stay impressive and enjoyable.

The Place Taichung is ideally located in West District, one of the most visited areas in Taichung City. The Hotel ist very nice. The rooms are very characteristic and it is a nice room concept. The staff is very nice and helpful. We needed to modify our booking and they helped us doing that.
