Because the location is very convenient to get to the metro station. Like less than 3 minutes walk. The day market & night market, train station and shopping mall all very close to the hotel location. If you like food, you can find it anywhere nearby the hotel. Also, the lobby has nice sitting area where your friends can visit or you just want to relax and have some beverage.
