This year Primasol Hane Family Resort Hotel was destination to my family’ vacation. We have choosen it via booking.com and it was excellent decision. Our expectations are fully satisfied. Everything was as described in their offer: lovation is excellent, rooms are very comfortable and air conditioned, pools and beach are very clean with sunbeds available and towels, gastro offer is excellent, Food is delicious and diverse. A lot of activities, animations, sport games, dances and fun. But the most important value of this hotel are PEOPLE - staff. The personel is proffesional and kind: from first e-mail contact, theough reception staff, kind waiters, “invisible” cleaning staff to animators who entertrain kids and adults from morning to late evening hours. Covid 19 measures are maximally respected, which is also the result of the efforts of management and all employees. In the end, I am really surprised by the reviews and small ratings (rating 8 is, in my opinion, small for this hotel) given by some guests. They state very irrelevant objections that are not relevant. Trust me, if this hotel is your choice - you will enjoy!

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. All of them are very hardworking. We missed the shuttle bus booking before we arrived. We called the hotel at Antalya airport, and we have got immediate help about transportation from airport to the hotel. We arrived hotel around 13:40. Reception's staff Rana was very friendly and kind. She let us had lunch first before doing any check in procedures. I was so impressed. Because me and my children were so hungry. We stayed 4 nights. Every thing was so good. It worth the price we pay for. It is not luxury hotel. But very ''warm'' place. My children had a lot of fun. I red some negative reviews when I booked this hotel. About food and hygiene. But I still decided to try once. At the end, I realized I did a realy realy good choice. I haven't found anything wrong with food and hygiene. Foods are fresh and carefully prepared. . A lot of options all the time even breakfast. All the staff at restaurant area were so hardworking, doing non stop cleaning and helpful. All 3 pools were very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel. Maybe we will be back again in the future.
