Our stay at the DeCamondo Galata was fantastic in all aspects. I recommend visiting both rooftop restaurants and the wine cellar in the House building. The staff is great, they greeted us each morning by name and showered us with attention and gifts. A special, big, warm thank you to Murat, the hotel manager. He was outstanding and helped with all my queries with a smile. I'll most certainly come back.

Walton Hotels Galata is located in the Beyoglu district in Istanbul, 200 metres from the Galata Tower, Sishane Metro Station and Istiklal Street, the area is known for restaurants, local shops, night... Everyone was perfect, at the reception we get Istanbul card, wifi modem and could check in immediately. It is the first time when we saw such a kind attitude and attention. It has very good location, close to all important tourist attractions .The room was very clean, warm and cozy. And Zeynep the owner of the hotel is such a positive person , always ready to help you if you need. We highly recommend this hotel

Amazing staff, everyone is very welcoming, super helpful. The rooms we stay has great sea view. They help for airport transfer too. Strongly suggest this place.

We chose the hotel at the last minute and it was very wonderful. The place is excellent, lively and secure. The hotel staff is also extremely hospitable and courteous. They gave us a room with a view of the Galata Tower. I highly recommend it.

CASA GALATA 35 features rooms with free WiFi in the centre of Istanbul, 1.5 km from Taksim Square. We had a great 4-night stay at Casa Galata 35's Junior Suite. From the start, our host provided all the needed information on WhatsApp and quickly answered all our questions on the Booking.com chat. The apartment's location is superb, close to many popular spots like İstiklal Avenue, Galata Bridge, and Taksim Square. The vibrant street they reside on brims with charming boutiques. Despite arriving late at night, a helpful administrator was there to assist with our luggage and introduce us to our room. While the suite itself isn't vast, it is modern, serene, and furnished with everything one might need: from ironing amenities and a fridge to a dining table, washing machine, TV, safe, AC, and more. The shower was spotless and stocked with essentials, and the two terraces with a fabulous view. Simply priceless. The staff went above and beyond to enhance our stay. If we needed anything, the staff on the ground floor were quick to help. For example, we got a wine opener just 5 minutes after asking. Their attention to detail, from preemptively calling the elevator when they saw us approaching, to their genuine interest in our day, made us feel valued and cared for. Their consistent smiles and readiness to assist – whether it was helping with our luggage or inquiring about our day – were commendable. To top it all off, our checkout was graced with a touching gesture: a handwritten letter dedicated to us, accompanied by a surprise gift. We were truly moved by this unexpected token of appreciation. In short, we really enjoyed our time at Casa Galata 35. If you're looking for a comfortable place with good service, this is it.

Set in the centre of Istanbul, Union Hotel Karaköy is located 400 metres from Galata Tower and 1.2 km from Spice Bazaar. We love everything about this hotel! The staffs were very nice and friendly. The view of the room was stunning! The room was very clean and new. The location was perfect to stay because of its near at the center of the town and the famous spot.
