This property is exceptional to be honest, when we have arrived, we were welcomed by the receptionist who speaks English very well and was very kind. We have entered the room and they were very kind to write a warm welcome note with complementary strawberries and nuts which was a very kind gesture. The room was very spacious with quite large bathroom, very clean room and comfortable, the TV attached to the wall was big and has Netflix, which was really enjoyable for us. The breakfast was amazing, variety was good, staff at the restaurant were very accommodating and kind to provide us tea and coffee whenever we ask for it. The property location was near to the exit, which makes easy to tour the Asian side of Istanbul.

The location is 5 min walk away from viaport where u can find everything u want. The hotel is so clean and beautiful. The staff are so helpful and welcoming all the time. Thank u for Tatyana, Alp, Mustafa, Cem and especially Muhammet from front office that he was super great. Sure i will visit this hotel again.

Yousuf and the girl at the reception and other receptionists were too good and cooperative. The room was too clean. The staff was too much cooperative. The food was good especially the breakfast and a waitress in the restaurant was having a great gestures, communication and serving.

Topp service fra han og de andre som jobbet i resepsjonen. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

We have stayed in this hotel for one week, it was great experience, the stuff was helpful! Room is clean, great view, very calm street but close to metro station. Also there are some cafes of Turkish food near the hotel. Everything was good, only breakfast is a bit simple, not big choice of European dishes but I believe they will add something more:)

Personalet var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme - tips: spør tidlig om tips til hamam, restauranter mv. God frokost, fint og rent rom. Vi tok taxi t/r flyplassen, og det fungerte helt utmerket.

They take care of all the tiny details and they have a QR code for recommendations for places to eat around. The best place i’ve stayed at in kadikoy and i have been coming to this area since 2018 It won’t be my last time and i highly recommend anyone to stay here.
