Bed and Terrace Guesthouse is centrally located between the Old City and Night Bazaar, just 10 minutes' drive from Chiang Mai Airport. We have stayed here twice: once in mid-2020 and again earlier this year (2022). I genuinely think this guesthouse embodies one of the best values in Chiang Mai for this price-point. Location is on a quiet side street a short walk to the moat road. Rooms are absolutely splendid. Fresh towels provided daily and room cleaning every couple of days if you request it. Ping pong table downstairs and the option to park your motorbike inside at night. Owners/reception have a small footprint, perhaps in light of covid. Requesting a direct contact at time of checkin could be helpful if you later have questions. that said, they live across the street and are around. Again, I think for the price, this place offers near unparalleled value. Will definitely stay again!

Set in a colonial-style building in Chiang Mai, Ping Nakara Boutique Hotel And Spa offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel has an outdoor pool, a restaurant and lobby bar. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always suggesting great places for food and entertainment that consistently turned out to be amazing. They were very friendly chatting at breakfast and whenever we were coming or going. I loved the complimentary shuttle rides around town in a vintage Mercedes! The hotel was so peaceful, we actually stayed in for a whole day just relaxing around the facilities.

He helped us lots and was very flexible with luggage storage. We would recommend the stay without hesitation. We’d love to be back.
