I like the fact that the staff were responsive and highly professional. This was consistent with all the staff we interacted with over the period of our stay. I could feel the genuineness to assist in making our stay memorable especially by the staff at the lobby. The breakfast was very good. We stayed in two other hotels but this was by far the best experience.

Situated within a 10-minute walk from Novena Medical Hub, Aloft Singapore Novena features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a shopping mall within the same building. Love the room, the friendliness of the staff, the quiet location. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We arrived at dawn and they allowed us to check in early as soon as a room became available which was so nice. Thank you Aloft!

We booked the club room and it was really really worth it, from the club breakfast to the exclusive pool and hot tub. The room was also beautiful and spacious with a great view. I had such an amazing stay and it was really easy travelling around as MRT was very accessible.
