ibis budget Singapore Crystal is located in vibrant Geylang, a 10-minute drive from the popular Orchard Road. We loved it here! The staff were all so kind and helpful, location was conveniently close to Mountbatten metro station. Room immaculate and bed comfortable. Will return.

Room was tiny though you get enough space to carry out your daily tasks. Room was pretty clean and was getting cleaned every day after we used to leave the room. Location can be a negative point but depends on you, Bus station is like 50 steps away only and it was a great convenience for us, 20 steps away there is a 24*7 restro where you can have food too. Breakfast wasn't provided.

ibis budget Singapore Emerald is located along the vibrant Geylang District, a 15-minute drive from the popular Orchard Road. We didn't make use of included breakfasts. The staff, especially the ladies onReception, were exceptionally helpful and made sure we got the most out of our stay. Bedlinen was changed daily. The accommodation felt like a much more expensive hotel. We can not fault it for value.

The hotel's prime location near bus and MRT stations made exploring the city convenient. The efficient transportation options enhanced the overall accessibility of the hotel. During my stay, I received excellent assistance from the staff, particularly from Ricky, who was exceptionally helpful, and the manager, Fazri, who exhibited politeness and a high level of professionalism. Their commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience was evident throughout my stay. Although the room was on the smaller side, the breathtaking view from the hotel compensated for it. The well-functioning air conditioning was a welcome relief from the Singaporean heat, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would like to commend Ricky and Fazri for their outstanding service, and I appreciate the efforts of the entire staff at 81 Joy. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with a dedicated and friendly team. Keep up the great work!
