The reception staff on duty at 1am when we arrived was excellent, made us feel very welcome. Location was great, I have never stayed in the East Coast area before, but will always stay there now.

The boutique Santa Grand Hotel East Coast is located in the laidback area of Katong, known for its rich heritage and culture. The accommodation was clean, easy to access and in a good location not too far from the city centre.

Extremely pleased with the staff of hotel. The room was an excellent value and a good location. If ever in Singapore again, will be staying here.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, soundproof except for bathroom vent, rooms have a fridge and kettle which is great.
