She assured me that she would be in touch and asked us to proceed to our room. Shortly thereafter, we received a call informing us of an unexpected upgrade. Upon our return to the room, we were astonished to find that our belongings had been transferred to a beautiful suite adorned with rose petals, accompanied by a delightful cake and fruit basket. This thoughtful gesture made my daughter's day truly unforgettable. We are immensely grateful for the exceptional 5-star customer service provided by Mohamed Abu Nefissa and Hala. We look forward to returning in the future.
