Nice room, quite, clean, no smells and cosy bed. The hotel seems to be new or anyways it does not show any signs of wear and tear.

The design of the hotel is insane. So sell planed and implemented 👏 every detail is so luxurious and full of meaning Staff were great too. Special thanks to a front desk Abdulaziz, he was very supportive and professional. I definitely gonna choose this hotel again if I ever gonna come to Saudi Arabia. 👍

Hotel is located at a central location. Staff is excellent. They gave me a free upgrade. Grocery shop is nearby. Hotel at the main access road. Easy to catch taxi.

The staff, especially Sara who extended in a very positive way our late check out. Also Ahmed Walid who was very polite, supportive, gave us assistance and also followed up after our check out and leaving the hotel, and contacted me directly to inform me that we missed our mobile and child’s pullover. They were very honest.

The size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the facilities, the parking. The hotel staff is very polite and serving the needs immediately. It is definitely a value for money choice.

Set on Olaya Street, which is the main business district of Riyadh, Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana is the ideal hotel for leisure and business travellers’ alike. Our stay at the hotel was truly fantabulous, exceeding our expectations in every way. Eager to make my daughter's birthday a memorable one, I approached the lady at the reception to inquire about any available birthday packages. She assured me that she would be in touch and asked us to proceed to our room. Shortly thereafter, we received a call informing us of an unexpected upgrade. Upon our return to the room, we were astonished to find that our belongings had been transferred to a beautiful suite adorned with rose petals, accompanied by a delightful cake and fruit basket. This thoughtful gesture made my daughter's day truly unforgettable. We are immensely grateful for the exceptional 5-star customer service provided by Mohamed Abu Nefissa and Hala. We look forward to returning in the future.
