Ma Sha Allah, The staff is very courteous and helpful, the manager is very accomodating and receptive to requests, the food in the hotel was very good, the bus service is also good, but there is always traffic in Makkah so be well prepared before time, as last minute plans don't work. I would recommend.

He helped us with high quality service. It’s very clean rooms. The location is very nice, nearby good restaurants and when you need to go to the Haram, the taxi price is very cheap 15 SR and within 7 minutes you are at the Haram.

Understands Arabic mostly.but English also. I stayed it when there was very few people there so I liked that atmosphere. I have a car with me so I haven't had the problem moving here and there. And have no idea about taxis and buses to Haram.
