I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Nour Al Thuria Hotel during my recent visit. The experience was made truly exceptional by the exceptional staff, especially Sultan and Fahd, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their welcoming smiles and unwavering kindness truly made a difference in my trip. Sultan and Fahd's availability and willingness to assist with any request were remarkable. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also arranged for a more convenient room for my parents and me, ensuring our utmost comfort. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay unforgettable. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Hadi, who was available to help us with our luggage and made the check-out process easy. Thank you, Nour Al Thuria Hotel, for having such an incredible team that made my stay truly exceptional. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit, thanks to the warm and caring staff who made all the difference.

Al Safwah Hotel features a prime location against the King Abdul Aziz Gate and directly overlooking the Masjid Al Haram. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The best hospitality we experienced in Makkah to date. The level of service from the management team was excellent. A special thanks to Eyaad, Yasir and Abdul Rahman for going out of their way to accommodate our requests. Many thanks Al Safwa Hotel, we look forward to seeing you again, Insha'Allah.

King Abdulazizin portin sijaitseva moderni hotelli tarjoaa huoneita, joissa osittainen Al-Masjid al-Haram katselua tai Mekka horisonttiin. We arrived slightly before 4pm and was greeted by Abdul Majeed. Being our first time at this hotel, we were mentally prepared for the long checking after reading reviews of other neighbouring hotels along the clock tower area. Alhamdulillah, check in was quick as there were no one else checking in at the reception. Abdul Majeed offered an upgrade and late check out which came as a surprise as we had booked this hotel at the very last minute (2 days before arrival) with not much room type selection. Location of the hotel to haram is directly accessible via escalators. Hotel lift comes very fast unlike some review from other hotels where lifts can get crowded during peak period. Bell boy service was prompt as well. Overall, We truly enjoy our stay and had a memorable stay in makkah. Insha Allah we will be back to stay for our next umrah. Well done to the hotel team.

Located in the prestigious Abraj Al-Bait complex overlooking the Grand Mosque and Kaaba shrine, Raffles Makkah Palace boasts spacious suites with panoramic views and 24-hour personal butler service. Everything, the day was exceptional. All the services and facilities in the hotel is excellent. Starting from the check-in service to the rooms clean less and restaurants. Also, how close it is to the Haram and mall as well as the restaurants and shopping centre Concierge services is also good. The hotel is highly recommended

Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel is located on Ajyad Street walking distance from the Haram towards King Abdul Aziz Gate. Very lean and quiet hotel.Room was clean with massive size bed .Great location and friendly staff.
