I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Nour Al Thuria Hotel during my recent visit. The experience was made truly exceptional by the exceptional staff, especially Sultan and Fahd, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their welcoming smiles and unwavering kindness truly made a difference in my trip. Sultan and Fahd's availability and willingness to assist with any request were remarkable. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also arranged for a more convenient room for my parents and me, ensuring our utmost comfort. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay unforgettable. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Hadi, who was available to help us with our luggage and made the check-out process easy. Thank you, Nour Al Thuria Hotel, for having such an incredible team that made my stay truly exceptional. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit, thanks to the warm and caring staff who made all the difference.

The best hospitality we experienced in Makkah to date. The level of service from the management team was excellent. Everything, the day was exceptional. All the services and facilities in the hotel is excellent. Starting from the check-in service to the rooms clean less and restaurants. Also, how close it is to the Haram and mall as well as the restaurants and shopping centre Concierge services is also good. The hotel is highly recommended
