During my visit, I faced unforeseen changes in my plans, necessitating adjustments from three bedroom villa to one bed room due to illness of my friends. Hotle staff not only accommodated these changes seamlessly but did so without any penalty fees, which is quite rare in my experience knowing that I travelled more than 40 countries worldwide. Moreover, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to my needs. This level of service truly sets the hotel apart and made my stay in Jeddah all the more enjoyable and stress-free. Man I love this hotel! The check in was smooth and easy, the guy at the front desk was really friendly. When I got to the room, the first thing I always check is the thermostat. I hate how certain hotels would regulate it to not go below 22 or 23 degrees because when I sleep, I get hot. I have to set the temperature to 18 degrees for a good night's sleep. And in this hotel, the thermostat works great and I can get the exact temperature that I want. I got the King Suite for 5 days and I really felt at home. The interior was very modern and the room was very clean, I'm a germaphobe and I approved! I love that breakfast was included in the room rate and the food was good and they had a decent selection of buffet spread. I would definitely come back again when I visit Jeddah!
