Hotle staff not only accommodated these changes seamlessly but did so without any penalty fees, which is quite rare in my experience knowing that I travelled more than 40 countries worldwide. Moreover, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to my needs. Man I love this hotel! The check in was smooth and easy, the guy at the front desk was really friendly. When I got to the room, the first thing I always check is the thermostat. I hate how certain hotels would regulate it to not go below 22 or 23 degrees because when I sleep, I get hot. I have to set the temperature to 18 degrees for a good night's sleep. And in this hotel, the thermostat works great and I can get the exact temperature that I want. I got the King Suite for 5 days and I really felt at home. The interior was very modern and the room was very clean, I'm a germaphobe and I approved! I love that breakfast was included in the room rate and the food was good and they had a decent selection of buffet spread. I would definitely come back again when I visit Jeddah!
