I wish I could give more than 10 stars no words to describe the staff is amazing expecialy the front desk MR FAHAD a genuine gentleman from the bottom of my heart I say thank you ALL members of the staff to make our stay very comfortable this is going to be my choice of hotel in the future... Thank you frontel ... there is a massive shopping mall just 5 minutes walk

Offering a rooftop outdoor pool and spa centre Assila Hotel is located in Jeddah in the Makkah Al Mukarramah Province Region, 1.4 km from Jeddah Mall. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. I liked everything. It was beyond my expectations and people reviews . Loved the furniture, specious space comfy bed 👌 , and location is excellent many places by walking distance. Finally, which I am supposed to start with staff hospitality is overwhelming from the front desk to concerge they all answered my inquiries and make my stay worthy.

Elmar the breakfast restaurant manager was a great guy, aslo the housekeeping team at the 5th floor was very helpful. Great place to stay.
