Swat customer service was friendly and helpful. The apartment room was clean and peaceful. I enjoyed the refreshing towels Swat provided. The room had a large vanity area that my husband also used as his office for the day. The rooftop offered a nice "balcony" area to relax.

The property itself was nicely laid out and conveniently located. Did not feel that there was any cost cutting in the making of the room/suit, it was well thought through and finished in good quality and everything I would need was already there. The reception and staff's treatment was exceptional, i really appreciated their politeness, professionalism, and understanding. Upon arrival i was greeted with an upgrade to a very spacious suite. My booking did not include breakfast but i was still provided with a complimentary breakfast. I was granted a late check out upon my request and was given an additional late checkout all without any additional charges, and above all the rate per night was very reasonable (even without the upgrade). This hotel has definitely become my go to accommodation in Khobar.

Set 1 km from the Aramco compound, Aswar Hotel (Dhahran Mall) is ideally situated in the heart of Al Khobar. This 4-star hotel offers free WiFi in all areas and a terrace. The stay was very good especially mr Ibrahim from operations and the receptionists and all the staff were very helpful
