Unser Zimmer - ebenfalls auch das Badezimmer- waren groß, modern, sehr sauber mit funktionierender Klimaanlage ( wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, das dies nicht selbstverständlich ist... ) Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Das Frühstück bot alles, was man für den Start in den Tag möchte. Kommen wir nochmal nach Lissabon, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen!!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! It exceeded all our expectations. The location couldn't have been better - close to a metro station, the railway, and many main attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm gesture on my birthday. When the staff learned it was my special day, they surprised me with a cake. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would totally recommend this place.

The staff were very friendly and offered us recommendations of places to visit around Lisbon, how to use the metro system and whether using Lisboa card/Viva Viagem card was a good idea for certain places. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of fresh food, tea and coffee available. The room was clean and spacious with a good street view. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s only a short walk to the Arc de Rua Augusta and Rossio Square, I would highly recommend it for people looking to be in the center with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Very cozy and in a great location! A big thank you to Fernanda and Veronica for their kind hospitality! I also want to highlight the sustainability practices in the hotel. For example. the breakfast buffet is served by small portions, you can requests specific items if they run out. There are glass water bottles in the room, as well as refillable soap dispensers. Hamam is only turned on when people want to use it. Happy to see those little steps towards more sustainable travel! The cumulative effect of those actions make great impact!

The location of the hotel is amazing, right in the city centre. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options and tea/coffee and cake were available throughout the day. Gabriel at the reception was super helpful and provided us with some useful info about the city upon arrival.
