The hotel is in an incredible palace. Great amenities. Not too many guests. It was perfect value for money. Thanks to all the lovely staff too.

The hostel is located within the LX Factory, an old renovated industrial complex which includes cool boutiques, different restaurants and also live music. They really thought about everything like drying racks , colanders :D and storage boxes beneath your bed that can be locked. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and they provide a broad variety of food for breakfast.

The property is set 6.3 km from Rossio, 6.4 km from St. The owner/host Patricia was a great communicator and kindly let us check in a bit earlier. She met us with the keys and gave us a tour of the property. Her English is impeccible and she had great suggestions for local grocery shopping and restaurants. The views from the dining room and living room of the bridge and river are excellent. Very quiet location but easy access to everthing. The furniture was comfortable, especially the couch which is not always the case at rentals. We have stayed in different neighborhoods and rentals in Lisbon over the years but this one was by far our favorite.
