Beautiful rooms, amazing spa & indoor pool and a gorgeous roof top! The view from the bar/pool is breathtaking (especially at night). The breakfast buffet was perfect - variety of delicious options. Location couldn’t be better! One of my best stays in Funchal!

Located in the hills surrounding Funchal, this 18th-century mansion is set in extensive botanical gardens with 600 different plant species. All rooms have balconies overlooking the gardens. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to staying again.

Orquidea opens out on to an extra-large rooftop terrace, overlooking Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. Good location - 10 minutes from the coastline, rooftop breakfast with a view. Nice staff! Paid parking at the doorstep - considering the city center is a plus

An absolutely beautiful hotel that feels very luxurious. The rooms are huge, most have a balcony overlooking the incredible tropical gardens or the bar area - but there is never any noise. Very peaceful. The staff are just fantastic - so friendly and genuinely nice. Breakkfast is great - both cooked and buffet

Located conveniently in the Sao Pedro district of Funchal, Hotel GORDON is located a 15-minute walk from Almirante Reis Beach, 1.9 miles from Gorgulho - Gavinas Beach and a 8-minute walk from Marina... Great location easy to get in and out of with parking on site. Quiet street to be able to rest after long days of hiking. Nice terrace to relax with a book.
