I had a personal problem and I had to anticipate my departure. The reception assisted me in this making me save the night and I highly appreciated it. Very very very nice things from them. The staff was very nice, also the people at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was amazing so the breakfast was. Really nice hotel and I highly recommend it. Parking lot was amazing and very easy to park in.

Set in Łódź, a 4-minute walk from National Film School, Ambasador Premium is a 4-star hotel boasting views of the city. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The pool was big and not too warm. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were super friendly and accommodating allowing my son to store his bike in the luggage room and for us to leave our car on checkout day until we could have lunch in the old town. So kind. Would 100% recommend to friends.
